Nope...they will run and throw all day on Oregon...and Bama won't get gashed running right all night. They will actually contain the edges and force Oregon inside.

They are a better passing team but Alabama is much better rushing team. Those backs are sick and very physical. Alabama would use ball control and smash mouth football to keep the Oregon offense off the field. Oregon doesn't like physical teams which is why they lose to them.

Alabama's QB went 3 and out like 5 times in a row against LSU. If they do that against Oregon once or twice they are in trouble. Hell, LSU's QB threw all over the Tide, and he has sucked all year. This Oregon team is better than any they have ever had. Bama is not nearly as good as I thought. There are holes in that team. Hell, they may lose to A and M for Pete's sake.

Bro, hook me up with the ganja you are smoking. Bama would CRUSH Oregon. Yes Oregon can score points. They have always been able to score points. They can't stop anybody with real talent. Their Defense is an absolute joke. SC went up and down the field on them. What do you think Bama will do. With Lacy and Yeldon BAMA will play PHYSICAL smash mouth football and punch the Ducks in the mouth like every SEC team does.
IMO this Oregon team is no different then the rest. All style. NO substance. Not to mention the Ducks lost their best pass rusher and defensive player for what looks to be an extended period of time.
Furthermore, are you really going to bet against Nick Saban after having a month to prepare for them?

ND will get beat by USC. Kansas St will lose if Klien is out long term.

I watched the Oregon-USC game and say what you want about USC defense but they had no answer for Barner.

I can see Bama holding on to the ball and keeping the Oregon offense on the sideline but I dont see how Bama stops Oregon on a regular basis or how they score enough points. USC stopped Oregon twice the whole night. 12 possessions and 9 TDs, 1 missed FG, a punt and an unforced fumble QB/Rb exchange. (not counting unforced error as a stop).

Even if Bama cuts that to 8 possessions through clock management, can they score 35-42 points against Oregons defense because I promise this Oregon offense will score 60-70% of the time.
