I caught some of this ^

Marc Bailey (IU) was the guy being interviewed. He specifically mentioned [sister site] - www.parentsofplayers.com and used the Ohio State/James Jackson situation as an example of a victim of oversigning. That part of the interview came off anti-Ohio State. Whether he did it intentionally or not, he made tOSU look bad (PR).

Someone should email Marc (marc@oversigning.com) & educate him on the facts of the James Jackson situation. And maybe add that we ARE the good guys. The real victims are the 10+ student athletes asked to transfer, greyshirt, quit, etc.. every single recruiting cycle, year-after year *cough saban.

Marc writes as if speaking directly to the parents of potential recruits and that they should "Beware" of Ohio State. basically, says 4 star recruit, michigan, Ohio State is unethical then tells parents to Beware.

The PR guy of oversigning.com says "I am pledged to protect every player’s identity and circumstances but I will disclose that the offending program in this most recent case was Ohio State University. Yes, Jim Tressel and his guys. After Tressel was forced out at OSU we gave his replacement a chance to change Tressel’s decision about this player but he declined. Parents: Beware!"

Did he just call out Urban?

If they allow going over 25 if players leave the program, it won't change much. The coach has all summer to evaluate the tal ent and "encourage" enough to leave to get back under 85. If a school uses all 25, every year, 15 student/athletes, over and above graduates, would have to leave their program. The pure numbers beg the coaches to oversign.
