I agree, this is not a done deal until NSD. If he does pick OSU, he's going to be hearing backlash from his hometown. Hopefully his parents are letting him make the decision.

Man you beat me to this...+1 sir, I think that very well is a possibility more with these two coaches rather then two random coaches and the gentlemens agreement...meyer would move on to the next reciever option I believe...I actually think he picks us and stays with us..this kid comes from an intelligent family. if he chooses us over them its because he and his family believe its the best option. the parents may want him to go to their school but they arent the type to make their son feel shitty for not doing so.

Guys, all along it has appeared that Louisville has been the leader for Quick. We were always in his top 2, but it was always us trailing Louisville. Now suddenly he is saying we have the slight lead at the perfect time, 2 days before he announces. Of course this can still go either way, and it is far from a lock. But if you would have told me a month ago that 2 days before his decision, he would claim we were the slight leader and 60-70% of all of the recruiting experts are predicting him to go to OSU suddenly, I would have gladly accepted the scenerio.
It could be alot worse, it could have been obvious that Louisville still had the lead and no one would be giving this any thought in the Bucknuts world, and we would have moved on before he even announced.
I will take it!

Im kind of new to this site, but I read on another site were they quoted a college coaching staff as saying they "Know" Quick is committing to.OSU so hopefully they're right. We shall see

If you are still NOT sure if you WANT to play for your HOMETOWN school....then it's simple..YOU REALLY DON'T WANT to play there..IMO. Pull the trigger, GO BUCKS!

Certainly if he does pick us there is room for concern he might be swayed. However, being a Louisville resident certainly made it comfortable to say Louisville was a lean to keep pressure off him. He does come from an inttelligent family and if he does pick us I think the chances of his remaining true to the commitment is good. Besides he and his family will realize the role Bridgewater played in last night victory and also realize that next year there will be no Bridgewater.

This is getting a bit much. You haven't heard anything like this from Mike Mitchell,Trey Johnson, or Vonn Bell all of them have been either quiet or forthright. With this kid it's different every day, I'd rather he'd Comitt to Louisville. Reason being I don't want a wishy washy Commit, who we have to worry about everyday after Saturday about de-commiting and changing to Louisville.
