Assuming O'brien gets the same waiver as everyone else which will allow him and the current staff to coach/recruit, will The Noid and Hoke complain again?

except there is nothing to coach right now so I guess it would be a moot point, because all of the coaching staffs are only recruiting right now.
However I do like calling him the Noid.
that could be our next recruiting pitch against TSUN -Avoid the Noid!!

He would probably be wise to hang on to as many of this current staff as possible until after NLOID to keep them on the recruiting trail. Then he can make adjustments as necessary. No, I generally don't agree with this approach, but I think a brand new coach will have a difficult time finding a staff to put together in the first place, let alone at a place as toxic as PSU right now. I'm assuming he's a transitional coach anyway.
