After going 12-0 with a less than a "great" team, I am not worrying one bit about getting this prospect or that one. In the end, Meyer will have a top 5 recruiting class. This season did nothing but enhance Meyer's reputation as one of the top coaches in the country. The fact of the matter is that we should be playing ND for the national championship!

To all Bucknuts newsbringers responsible for this awesome thread I can only offer a huge "THANK YOU!" for the exceptional flow of information despite what had to be a ridiculously chaotic atmosphere. Amazing that you were able to collect and report so much awesome information in a timely fashion! GREAT JOB!
I just wanted to add one thought that's been touched on already...We want kids who bleed scarlet and grey. We deserve that, they deserve that. They might be 5 star, 4 star, or even 2 star. But if they have an offer the staff sees the potential.
After watching this year and these awesome players - stars do not equal greatness. What's inside is the biggest factor.
That passion, that drive, that cohesive sense of team, and what the staff does to guide them ultimately equals greatness.
So for this, we should all focus on the positive and believe and chill out! Support these kids, wherever they go. Either way this team is destined for many years of greatness.
