At end of games. Whether its for or against us it is BS. Two games in a row now a team with no timeouts has been given a free one to draw up a play. If they have to check the clock then the teams should have to stand at half court or something.
They don't check the clock on the previous 3 buckets, so why on the last one?
Lolz at them adding a phantom tenth of a second to avoid some scrutiny. I thought they made a few iffy calls down the stretch. I didn't agree with that and-1 whistle, nor did I agree on that call on the Arizona player when they trapped Craft on that inbounds. Either way, I'm so relieved that we won.
We may have lost the battle......but not the war.
THAT was a joke.

"The only thing That Team Up North will be tasting this year is the salty tears of defeat" - UFM
agreed this was terrible and i am not sure why it is not being talked about more had A ran a play that worked and sent it to overtime i would have exploded....such bullshit why stop play? dont think they even added time to the game there needs to be a rule change that during timeouts to check the monitor its a tech for a coach to talk to his players.....this could have completely changed the game
Bizarre and completely unwarranted......the constant review of the possible flagrant fouls and stupid shit like the OBVIOUS 25 ft 3 pointer has to be reviewed/discussed by the NCAA and cleaned up for next year.
I am all for getting the calls right but it is getting ridiculous and it interrrupts the flow of the game.
I mean seriously.....you have multiple refs on the court that could not clearly see how far behind the 3 point line Ross was? C'mon man......
It always kills me when at some arbitrary point in the game the refs decided the tenths of a second are important. These same tenths are lost (or gained) throughout the game and it seemingly does not matter. Any game is probably off as much as plus or minus a couple seconds at this point anyway. It seems like at the end of any game when they decide to review the last shot to see the exact time when the ball went through the basket they always add some tenths. So wouldn't that be the case on every basket? Now when the scorekeeper is blatantly wrong they fix that during the course of the game, but besides that, tenths of seconds probably slip by all the time.
