Someone who was at detroit athletic club today said he heard it when hoke was speaking. I guess they posted it on one of the boards.
This is all that was said on twitter from brandon castel and 11W retweeted it
other than that I have yet to see anything else about it

hmmm said...
So if its a correct quote, Hoke lies, and puts a lie within the lie. First he says they don't negatively recruit and then does so within the same breath. Much worse, the negative stuff he throws around is a big lie, in that it was 31 arrests, mostly for alcohol/misdemeanor stuff, with at least 12 so thin they completely dropped the charges, much less even trying to get convictions. Hoax is implying 30 convicted felonies, which is not remotely close. He is also picking by far the worst period of time in Meyer's coaching history, as he doesn't have a history of running a loose ship (as we've seen in his brief time here).

And lets talk recent activity for Hoke's team and compare over the same time period by an independent source: OSU with Dom Clarke (disorderly conduct and DUI, which got him dismissed from the team by Meyer) and UM with Darryl Stonum second drunk driving arrest and Marvin Robinson with second degree home invasion/robbery

I can't wait to see the team take on his personality and grit.
It's gonna be playing for 4 quarters ....with no holds barred or gentleman's agreements ; )
What's ironic is that I think Cam Newton was one of those "arrests" and ended up getting kicked out or transferring by choice. (stole a laptop in the dorms)
So pretty scary the talent Urban & Staff stockpiled at UF.
Fast forward to today...At the end of the day it's showing that they are recruiting superior talent nationally, and most importantly it looks like Urb knows how to close the deal.
And I'm guessing he's factoring injuries or attrition which explains why he's recruiting so many stud Defensive players....to stockpile WMD's for his Smackdown Defense.
