I call bullshit because the UF players were fired up and talking shit after every single positive play....too bad for them there weren't many of them. I do believe some teams will overlook a crappy opponent...Florida has done it plenty this year (see ULL and Bowling Green). Last night they just plain and simply got their ass kicked.

Yeah, it pretty funny that they say" Bowls are NOT an indication of a conference ranking" when they lose, but could you imagine what would be said if OSU lost to Louisville.

Reminded me of "thug u" all over again. I was sooo happy that they got their a#$$&* handed to them.

Yet some of our very own Bucknutters buy the hype. TheB10 gave them THREE very competitive games yet somehow the SEC is NFL caliber while everyone else is "down". Its so ridiculous that espin spouts this stuff long enough and people buy it.

Absolutely right. The BCS rankings are a self-fulfilling prophecy. All the SEC teams get ranked high, so when they beat each other they move to the top and when they lose to each other they don't drop - since they lost to a 'quality' opponent.

This bowl season proved the myth of SEC dominance. Don't forget, the B1G teams were playing 1 or 2 slots higher than they should have due to tOSU and PSU being ineligible and they still took 1 and pushed the other 2 till the end vs. the SEC.

We want a Buckeye defense--not an SEC defense. In the SEC, there is no defense. They play Efense--no "d."

No he wasn't, he was talking about the body type with quick feet type of players that are in the SEC. He has said when asked multiple times that what separates the SEC is the front 7 on D (why the hell do u think he recruited for those positions BEFORE he recruited playmaker types???) and the overall team speed! People can whine about the SEC all they want, but until we (OSU) & the rest of the Big 10 takes it to them consistently like Louisville did to Florida, they(SEC) can crow all they want.
