    I was flipping through the Atlanta stations and everyone was ripping the Florida fans for saying that the were not motivated to play. Really? The SUGAR BOWL? A bcs bowl...bull shit....If Bama loses to ND its going to be great for me surrounded by sec.

    That is the media and SEC fan built up myth/excuse that they only play for National Titles or they aren't interested.

    I was in the chat with Chris Low yesterday during the game and he tried to pull that card. I honestly laughed. I said to him "Then tOSU gets a bye for the 2006 championship then huh?" Of course he didn't acknowledge it. Only when it's the SEC losing does that count. LSU losing to Clemson is embarrassing enough, Bama losing to Utah was even more embarrassing. Now Florida to Louisville? Yikes.

    Yep and that is the clear double standard that OSU is up against, this very bad loss to Louisville will be swept under the rug just like when Bama got smoked by Utah in the sugarbowl. That year Saban ended the season getting it handed to him by 2 Urban Meyer teams. Man I would love to see OsU and Urbs win a NC against Saban.

    The just another conference whose cycle is winding down. Do they have some quality teams? Yes. So does the B1G, the Pac12, the Big12, the ACC, and yes, even the Big East. Have they had a great run on National Championships? Yes, but just they are the equivalent at a conference level to the hype machine that is Notre Dame on a team level. The downside is that Nebraska and Michigan choked to them and Wisconsin did the same to the Pac12. Go Buckeyes!!!!!!!

    Totally agree, accept I wouldn't say Nebraska choked, they just were not as good and eventually Talent won out. However Michigan had the game into the final seconds... So yeah they choked. Would have liked a BIG win and I hoped they would knock off spurrier, but can't really complain about getting to see Hoke get his heart ripped out right at the end
