IMO - We have to keep all the top National 200 Players who are Ohioans, I understand your thought he had a chance, but we can't pass on these types. We need Spence, but lets not go back to the Cooper years where 4 or 5 stars outside of Ohio had people drooling.

Tressel had it right, secure Ohio and legacy kids, fill in about 1/5 of the class from outside Ohio w/ Top 150 kids.

TBH, I'd rather solidify the defense before the offense. The offense will be fine with Meyer and Herman calling the plays. Even if we're short of a few key players Meyer is looking for. For me, I find a dominating defense more exciting to watch than a dynamic offense. That's just me though. I look back at our 2002 defense and just wonder how much longer it would be until we get back to that point again. It looks like we're getting there. We're (seemingly) after the right players. Now we can build the foundation for the defense closing out this year and the following years.

Reminds me w/ his style (on film) of Hankins in many ways. Hey, I'll take another big Hank... maybe we should call him "big Schutt" (I kid) Awesome get for the good guys.

He wont play on the OL. He is a pure DT and a beast at it. Schutt and Big Hank in the middle. Feel sorry for the OL of the opposing team.
