The NCAA could rule it as a breach of ethics which every school that participates in NCAA sports have to abide by. The ethics clause is for things that are not typical. Now that said I don't know if they will go after PSU or not. I do agree with some others on here that said if public opinion gets to bad towards PSU they will do something.
Just shows what a joke the ncaa really is. Sell your own property and youre punished. Molest kids for a decade plus and its "oops our hands are tied". I love how new precedent is set with Tress and Pryor (Nfl suspensions) but this is untouchable. What a sham.
I cant fathom being a kid talented enough to play anywhere yet chosing to represent an institution that has ruined so many lives and until proven refused to even acknowledge their guilt. How anyone can walk around those facilities knowing what went on is beyond me.

I don't think were going head to head against PSU for any recruit, but if we did I think this whole scandal would help us out.
