It just looks like he's using Twitter like a radio show host would use commercials. The dude is promoting a book for sale on Amazon and is making some cash. There is no better way than to do it by targeting Buckeye fans. Any other program wouldn't give two craps because they're not een a fraction as passionate as Buckeye Nation. But include the Buckeyes, and you can guarantee there will be multiple threads on every Buckeye board around the world. It's like shooting fish in a barrel, and all the hacks know it.
