    Maybe this is why craft has been so aggravated with thew team lately.

    As good as Craft is defensively his offensive skill set leaves so much to be desired. He's a horrible jump shooter and bad at the line. He was 1 for 6 from the floor against Michigan and had 4 points. You have to get more production from your guards with the amount of minutes they play. Lenzelle only had 2, and Buford had 6. 12 points from your back court between 3 starters is piss poor. That's on Thad for not making substitutions on the bench.

    He is a Senior who has by far the worst shot selection on the team. He is so worried about getting his that if you pay extra defensive attention to him he plays right into your hands and starts forcing it on every touch.

    I wont shed a tear when he's gone. I think it's laughable that some think he's an nba talent.

    You follow HS football recruiting? In case you didn't know, they do the same thing for the NBA. You should read a few of them. You might be surprised. Sometimes it's the system, the coach of the platyers he is playing with. You say he was better with better players around him? Well, put 2 and 2 together for that one.

    I think Will is a stand up guy, and he would be the first to tell anyone he is disapointed himself. The slams on these forums and the boos he hears, don't help I am sure

    This year is so reminiscent of Michael Redd's senior season... Buford has the skills to pay the bills but he is a mental midget. Good players don't slump all season! I was so baffled watching the scUM game. When the shot clock was running down and we needed to get a shot up, he passed it to Smith for some odd reason instead of using his "pro" game and going one on one and trying to get a decent shot up. Then on another possession he comes down and just forces the worst shot of all time against great defense with like 25 on the shot clock.

    It's like he doesn't know when to be aggressive and when to pass. He is taking awful shots and missing them. Then when he is somewhat open, he misses or passes. I really thought he should have been benched Saturday night, he wasn't helping the team. This team got really hard to watch really fast. Matta doesn't trust the bench, so he leaves the starters out there who aren't producing. Then when the young bench guys get in, they are afraid to shoot half the time because they have such a short leash. When does spring ball start?

    Michael Redd's sr season was on the bench for Milwaukee. In his junior season he led Osu to a big ten title while scoonies game dropped dramatically from the previous year.
    That being said, I don't know what people expect from Buford. He's averaging 15 ppg on a team where nobody else is lighting it up from the outside. If we had more Bufords on this team we would be very lucky.
