Top247 safety Todd Kelly Jr. of Webb School of Knoxville (Tenn.), the son of former Tennessee standout Todd Kelly Sr., announced Sunday that he had committed to the Vols.

Big get by them. A top 3 prospect in state who will really work on Hurd and the WR.
I doubt he has too much of an impact on Hurd though.

Kid lives in Knoxville and his dad played for them. If he didn't commit to UT it would be a crime.
