I am retired now after 21 years in the Army. I was stationed all over the world and I must say that during the period I served (especially the last 10 years) I would be on Bucknuts daily to find information in reference to recruiting and all top stories. I didn't become a member until recently but have followed for many, many years.
There is no better feeling that a service member can have when he/she feels appreciation from our civilian community. A simple "Thank you" goes a long way!!!
Thank all of you for letting these young soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines know how you feel about them and that you support them.
+1 to all who posted!!!!

Just found out a freind (a Marine) was training and callapsed. When they got to him he had no heart beat. they did CPR and life flighted him to the miliatry hospital in Va. they had to shock him 5 times to get his heart restarted and he is in a Medical induced Coma for the next 72hrs. then they will try to find out what caused it and if he has and brain damage. PLEASE send your thoughts and Prayers to him and his Family. Private Landon Boyd.
