Has he ran it in the past and do you think he will run it here from time to time? I really like the formation and I think it has the potential to spread teams out, but also hit them with the power run game.

It helps with inside zone - reading 1 or 3 tech DL. And it makes it easier to run 'power-I' type plays out of the spread without tipping your hand as to which side you'll be running toward. You can get downhill fast without lateral movement and add ISO blocking. My bet is that we'll see more of it with our bigger, stronger backs in Meyer's system.
