VA QB Bucky Hodges with OSU offer?

Just seen on one site Ohio State just offered Virginia QB Buckeye Hodges, and another said OSU was close to offering yesterday. Most remember this kid from last year, he is a big Ohio State fan and big fan of Pryor. OSU was kind of his dream team if you will with Pryor and Tress, having Meyer will not hurt at all.
If Ohio State did offer, no surprise, he was the best junior QB at Florida's Friday Night Lights last year and Pantoni would remember. Hodges also has offers from Va Tech, Virginia, Illinois, East Carolina, Vanderbilt and a few others with Ohio State. That site had the update from the Virginia prep HS editor.
At 6'5" and 220 with 4.6 speed, and watching some film, the one article compared him to current Va Tech QB Logan Thomas and Josh Freeman, pretty good analysis.
If this offer is true, OSU hitting talent rich Virginia real hard.
OSU also has an offer out to Virginia athlete Mike Parker. A 247 link (16 Virginian's in the latest top 247) here on the top Virginia athletes for 2013 mentions it, and several sites noted Carter has an OSU offer. 6'3" and 200 range with sub 4.5 speed. He wanted an OSU offer as well.

You mention an athlete from Virginia being offered - Mike Parker. Then you say Carter has an offer. Parker and Carter are two names I have mistakenly mixed up myself. You did mean Parker didn't you?

Mike Parker. He said OSU coaches are coming soon to see him, and Smith gave him his offer. OSU was an offer he wanted badly.
