Good film. A new article on BP states OSU was his favorite team growing up, it was the offer he wanted and he is a long time friend of Philly Brown, who is a Philly kid at OSU now.

Unlike the other film I saw on this kid ( where the film was all choppy and sped up) this really shows a great runningback with outstanding moves and elite speed. He would be a great wingback for us. Hope he signs.

+1! This is much better film and it clearly shows Williams has elite speed. I'm so glad Mark shared it with us. I'm not saying this will happen, but could you imagine Green and Williams in the 2013 class. Get em both UFM!!!!!!!!

We need to keep a close eye on this one.
He is childhood friends with Philly Brown and says he grew up rooting for the Bucks.

Yep, loves OSU and great friends with Philly Brown.
Williams could be a change up speed back, a slot or a back on motion, much like Oregon uses Kenyon Barner.
Great feet and open field elusiveness, once he gets and opening, TD it is over.
