I have not had a chance to go back and rewatch the game but I recall at least a few good plays out of 'bino.

Sabino looked great. Its hard to criticize the D when they only gave up 10 points.

Definitely laid some lumber. Not sure why Fickell yelled at him after the hit on the goal line - maybe he was jawing after the hit?
Keep him at SAM for sure.

He yelled at him because he was COMPLETELY out of position!!! Watch the replay. A college team mate of mine were watching together and were laughing that he got a hit completely out of position on the goal line. Had he been where he was supposed to be he would have made the hit at the line of scrimmage. THAT is why he got yelled at!

Sabino got two good hits today becuase he was in the wrong place at the right time. He is a liability in pass coverage. He sits down in an area and watches the QB. He does not have the instincts to pickup the man coming into his area in his peripheral vision. He gets blocked or takes himself out of plays more often than not. Hard to believe that our LB recruits the last 3 years are this medicore.
