I don't exactly agree with bashing Jaylon now that he's not a Buckeye. He obviously has talent, I'd be more worried that the talent wasting machine that is Notre Dame will push him into irrelovence like so many before! It's much more fun to bash ND than a highschool kid!!!!
Always borrow money from a pessimist; he won't expect it back.
Have to disagree somewhat with the assessment of Smith. He may not be elite but he is darn good. I understand the Staff's thinking on the 2013 vs 2014 Class. Right now even though we only have 11 recruits we grade out as the best quality class in the top 10. I think it smart to finish out this class with as high of quality as possible and address what needs we can without concern for quantity. One more good OLman (Rodgers would be nice) and a couple of great WRs and save any schollies possible for 2014. Don't get concerned with the lull and quiet in recruiting right now. Just be assured Urban has a plan.
he wouldn't let his players pose in the Playboy All-American magazine edition, he said, "Cause you can't play football with an erection."

It is very interesting to see some of the Ohio OL talent say no thanks to the Buckeys camp. Perhaps neither would have made the cut, but it seems that OSU is still struggling with getting O linemen to show some interest. I still don't understand this, especially with our new ties to Southwestern Ohio and the coaching changes. I still hope we find one deserving OL recruit for this class.
Speaking of Kettering Alter, they play hoops there as well. The school opened in 1964, they have had one coach, and he was inducted into the Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame last month. Joe Petrocelli is second in Ohio high school history in career wins - 810 I think. Jeff Graham and Jerry Rudzinski had a lot to do with those victories, before they started to contribute to OSU football. Jim and John Paxson played for Petro before starring in the NBA.
I am NOT a high school talent evaluator...but I do know a little something...after watching both Smith and Kimbrough in person...and I've said it for longer than awhile now...KIMBROUGH IS BETTER
Smith is not a loss IMO...2A football in Indiana is real weak...where Kimbrough plays is good high school football
