Where is Rod Smith? Where is the two RB's and TE's?

Rod Smith has been so dominant lately as a featured back behind Hyde, and in the two back set with Hyde as a runner, blocker, sneaking out for a wheel route and option guy.
Where are the TEs?
This game plan is mind boggling, Miller is being keyed on and struggling passing, and yet we have not gone back to what has been so successful the past 4/5 games.
