Which new coach is the best and worst hire so far?

Not counting Meyer (because we all know he is the best hire).
But what coaches that have been recently hired will do the best or is the best fit and which ones are the worst in your opinion?
Tim Beckman - Illinois
Charlie Weis - Kansas
Jim Mora - UCLA
Rich Rodriguez - Arizona
Carl Pelini - Florida Atlantic
Kevin Sumlin - Texas A&M
Larry Fedora - North Carolina
Mike Leach - Washington State

Best. Beckman and Ilinois
Worst, Charlie weis, he has lost his luster
And I think relatively speaking, rrod will do ok at Arizona, he won't turn them into USC, but they'll be exciting and competitive,. imhope he does well and plays meechigan in a bowl and throttles them..

Best: Rich Rod ARZ, give a couple seasons his offense should fair well in the PAC 12
Worst: Kevin Sumlin Tx AM Without Case Keenum, Houston is not nearly as good. Sumlin was 5-7 in 2010, even with Keenum. I doubt this team with this offense can compete in the sec under a Sumlin offense with a below average Defense.

Best -
Tim Beckman @ Illinois He is a good up and coming young coach. And they needed a change at HC like this imo.
Mike Leach @ Washington State. I think he will get this program turned around and have them competing in the Pac 12 again soon.
Worst -
Charlie Weis @ Kansas. He just needs to stay in the NFL. He is better off there imo.
Kevin Sumlin @ Texas A&M. I think they could of gotten a better top of the line coach imo. They will struggle in the SEC.

I think the illini pick up of Tol. coach was a good pick for their program.

Best - Leach at WSU. I would say Beckman, but Illinois can be a bit of a sink hole - he has his work cut out for him.
Worst - DickRod to Zona. It is just not possible to look at TDUN (the Disaster Up North) and think it's an aberration. During his tenure, he was best when Denard put the team on his shoulders in the second halves. Take Denard out of his offense and they're struggling to win any games. He'll perpetually be 5-7, but of course he'll say it's all the local paper's fault.

Not convinced charlie is a bad hire, he's high risk, high reward. He won't have to win the conference just reach the top half to be a successful hire. I think he learned from his nd experience, it takes time to learn a new job but he has the 'tools'

Best: Leach...proven winner at backwater schools in the middle of nowhere. That describes Pullman pretty well.
Worst: Weis, not even close. Even the alure of the Golden Dome and great recruiting classes couldn't save him. At a school with no talent base, no history, not much support he will get eaten alive. He can't coach up 5stars, he's gonna turn 2 stars into studs?
Sleeper: Sumlin at A&M. Texas base and the mystique of playing in God's conference could be a good combo. Good coach.
