Who's the spring game's surprise player?

It happens every spring. Someone surprises us at the spring game. Someone will come out and have better than expected stats or performance.
Who do you think it will be this year?

Ahh the spring game all star....Bam Childress, Taurian Washington, Joe Bauserman. If you are referring to guys like them, my guess would be Rod Smith. Guys that perform great at the spring game, but it never translates to the regular season.
I think we will be surprised by the play of Luke Roberts. I don't think he is going to be lights out or anything like that, but he plays hard and is a smart kid.

Didn't he have a big game last spring? I seem to recall a 60-yard catch or something...but I was deployed at the time and that's a little fuzzy.

yep....If I remember correctly, it was from Graham beating Nate Ebner.

Rod Smith might be a good one to think of...mentioned earlier. He's got a tremendous amount of talent. Remember, there were legions thinking he would be the leading rusher on the team heading into 2011...including some of those on this board.
