Why wasn't "helmet to helmet" called on Clowney?

I know it was a great play. etc. But with the way they've interpreted that rule this year, how can they NOT call it? He literally sent his helmet flying the helmet to helmet contact was so obvious. Is that not the rule? that play changed the whole game. James harrison would have been fined 10 grand for the same hit. lol

I don't know, Mike Tirico climaxed so loud it broke my TV and I couldn't see the replay.

It's a give and take. They didn't throw a flag because Clowney had enough mercy to not send the Michigan player's head along with the helmet.

That was not Denard that took the hit it was their running back.

Because helmet to helmet doesn't matter for running backs. Only QB's when they're not scrambling and receivers in defenseless positions, or when they deem it unnecessary/excessive.
