-high schoolers were being allowed into night clubs
-high schoolers/college students were being GIVEN alcohol
-college students were set up with hookers
-The money used to pay for this stuff came from a ponzi scheme

The NCAA has told TOSU that no additional allegation, LOIC, or failure to monitor will be charged unless something new needs to be investigated. That shows they are sifting through the facts. If you read through the sloppy unsubstantiated reporting we've seen and what some fans believe (the conspiracy) theory then TOSU would be facing LOIC and failure to monitor. Instead they are only looking through facts. I respect the way they are handling this investigation. We are not being treated fairly by the media, but we are by the NCAA.

Of course, the media is off and running suggesting the death penalty, which is ridiculous. The allegations and evidence look bad, BUT it is nowhere near what SMU was involved in.
