Yeah kinda surprising that he made such an early decision, but it's tough when you're competing against the home state school.

Bauer hasn't even completed his sophomore academic year yet. I think that when kids commit this early, like Josh Perry, Brionte Dunn and Warren Ball or Shane Morris, who committed to scUM 11 months ago and three months before he played the first game of his junior year, and especially if it's to an in-state school, it's often the fulfillment of a lifelong dream and swaying them becomes almost impossible short of some sort of unforeseen catastrophe, like NCAA probation or a coaching change.

I lived in Missouri for 18 months. They love football. A lot of Buckeye fans there.
I turned a lot of people into Buckeyes fans. LOL
