Berry Dealing With 'Health Issue'

It appears the kid may be dealing with psychological or other medical issues. Hope it all works out for him.

It may have less to do with his being from Florida than recruiting a kid who had to have a felony drug charge pled down to a misdemeanor to get admitted to OSU. JT wanted him despite the red flag.
Hopefully he gets his health issues straightened out.

Wow!? Hopefully everything is good with him but it really appears that he has been in the DO-GG House all year....even with the hammy injury. I will be curious to hear what really took place...especially at 1025am on a Wednesday......

I agree. With the other talent we have and the talent coming in next year he probably needs to find a new home bc with his injury prone history and off field issues I doubt he will get a fair chance at osu. unfortunate.

Berry is still young and does have time to turn it around but this and his other incident before he arrived on campus as a FR. kind of makes me skeptical? Kid has spent his whole time here in the dog house. We wonder why he isn't getting any touches? Not ready to give up on him yet but it's time for him to grow up and realize he's letting a opportunity slip away.

How does anyone on here know that he doesn't have a serious psychological problem that led to this? Sounds like a manic episode to me. Yeah it could also be drugs of some sort: either way I hope Jaamal gets some help and overcomes this, he is 20 years old and has his whole life ahead of him which is more important than his impact on the football field.

You can only play with the guys you have. And for whatever reason this kid is not there more then he is. So with that said, you just go with whoever is next in line. Plain and simple.

It is up to Berry to decide if he is going to turn it around or not. That could be anything from getting medical attention, pyschological, or just straightening up! He is blowing a great opportunity.
