  • Yes. If you read other threads and elevenwarriors, you would know that they came in Wednesday night
    together with their families. Had dinner last night with Urban. They tweeted about it.
    They were to leave this evening. Reeves will be next. They want to play together.

    This has to be hard on a kid it's a big decision, Penn State will be lucky to be in a conference with everything that's coming out, it shouldn't be that hard of a decision! Wasn't he supposed to visit another school besides Penn State after us??

  • What I like about this is that we're getting a few of the East Coast recruits that we would've NEVER landed under Tressel (Malcolm Jenkins being one exception).
    Not since the days of Bruce, Hayes and Cooper have we landed any blue-chip recruits east of Pittsburgh.
    We have to get back to doing so if we hope to have continued success. Rutgers, Boston College, Maryland, Syracuse and PSU are closer-to-home options for them but here, they can play on the big-stage at a big-name, big-time program on a more frequent basis. That should be all the selling point we need IMHO.

    I'm not positive, but I think he's got a visit scheduled with the ann arbor school. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

    2011 CBs: Roby + Howard + Clarke - Clarke = Roby and Howard as our only experienced CBs in 2012. Howard will be a RS SR, Roby a RS JR and NFL eligible. Reeves is our next most important get. If not him, Neal. I'd take both.

    I think it's going to be hard for Reeves to go to PSU without his bro. Armani Island would become a very lonely place.

    Roby will be a redshirt Soph...but the Bux are a little thin right now at corner unless you count the incoming Freshman

    i thought roby was a redshirt FR this past yr. making him a 3rd yr soph in 2012. sorry, cant remember his class but if he is a redshirt jr next yr (4th yr.) he would've been eligible for this yrs draft (3 yrs outta h.s.). if i'm wrong, dont bite my head off iowa(douche)buckeyes!

    the northeast has never been big on college football but when a kid is good its always been peen st, penn st. , penn st. or maybe B.C. , but now with penn st. outta the way, whatever talent comes out of the east coast will be dealt with by urban meyer. if they want to go down south, fine but ohio st. has first dibs on 'em. and urban knows how to secure who he wants in his 'corporation'!

  • quit giving this psu fan up votes. i have read many of his other posts and he is a jealous, urban hater, osu hater, delusional penn state fan just as much as all the others. go back to all your vip threads so no one can see your posts that try to rationalize and ignore what has happened there and that talk about bob being the next belichick and you never wanted meyer or cam williams or noah spence or anyone else who doesn't want to be part of your program.

    LOL. Its Williams. I dont like how that works on the site. I did'nt realize to click on peoples sig's and pics like I posted until like 2 months in. Everything is cut off on the page, especially peopls sig's.

    I just saw on our Recruiting board, that, PSU printed up Legends vs. Liars t-shirts. Tressel and Paterno on it. Did you know this? I keep peeking over there for a thread to jump into. When I do, Im hoping to rip off 10-15 posts before they ban me. Im doing finger excercises as we speak.

    wow, did not know that. we just need to own the big10 for the next 10 yrs and it will all be good. psu boards delete posts and lock threads and ban posters quicker than anything i have ever seen. i go there for a laugh, but do not post. they make most threads vip so no one knows how ignorant they are, but....too late.
