Why doesn't Rex Ryan & the Jets let the T-bowing begin? Never been a Tebow fan, but with my love of the Urban Meyer hire, I have a little more tolerance of Timmy! It would at least make their games more exciting.
Those Who Stay Will Be Championshipless
+1 agreed, although I like Tebow. Why stick with a QB. That leads you to a 3 and 6? Sanchez is not good.
As pathetic as the Jets are Tebow only makes them worse. It was a total clusterfuk move by Woody Johnson bringing him here and now he's reaping the rewards by having the most dysfunctional team in the NFL. He's an ass that has totally undermined Sanchez and created chaos. Rex is nothing more than a good DC, not a head coach. Tannenbaum (GM) is a dork and makes lousy personnel decisions and heads a rudderless ship.
Nothing is going to make a Jets game exciting, trust me. Comical yes, exciting no. The whole NYC region laughs at this team especially us fans.
You totally miss the whole Sanchez dynamic. He's not Brady, but he's not as bad as he seems from surface scratching observations. Tebow sucks, we all know it and he's not the answer to this franchise.
lololol... Who led the Broncos to the playoffs last year?
tebow isnt the greatest qb but IMO he gives the JETS a better chance to win. He beat the JETS last year and led broncos to playoffs. They put him in and everyone knows what he is going to do. Let em play and see what happens. If rex didnt want drama he should of never brought tebow in.
teblow discussion has now infiltrated our beloved buckeyes board. heavy sigh.......
Just like how the board gets littered with pointless OT threads? Smh
Please...gimme a break with that.
Rex didn't bring him in you need to get your facts straight, it's Woody Johnson, it's his mess now and we're paying the price. The undercutting of Sanchez is astounding, for his sake I hope he leaves.
And please with the Denver thing, Elway would have kept him if he would bring wins to the organization. Tebow is the worst QB in history, it's a joke watching him. I like the guy but he's absolutely awful.
I disagree, Timmy running around with his Divine Intervention TD throws would be more exciting than Sanchez

We'll trade him to your team then if you want a circus.
As crappy as the Jets are this year, there's a reason Tebow hasn't played much.
For some entertainment tune into WFAN around 3:40 and listen to Mike Francessa rip into the Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum and his shitty team live on the radio.
The fact the jets brought him in didn't change the fact that they are awfull. The fact that starters of a 3-6 team bash on a guy who rarely plays is a joke. Does Tim make them better? Only way to truly know is to start him. Maybe he could at least use his legs since their line blows.
He's bad for the team no matter how he plays...if he does get in. I'd like to get rid of him and work on what the team really needs to get better, but given our dipshit owner that's not going to happen. Thank goodness for OSU football.
IndyDog I see why Tebow struck a nerve with you. Your a Jet fan, better luck next year! I'm a Lion fan & they sure aren't living up to their hype yes thank God for the Buckeyes!!
stc...being a Jet fan is like wallowing in sh!t. It sucks and the procession of awful owners just continues. I fail to see how some are so successful in business but complete morons with sports franchises. However our current owner just inherited the family fortune, somewhat telling but like I said, thank goodness for OSU football.
Buckeyes - good
Yankees - good
Rangers - ummm, better last year and somewhat promising but Glen Sather can go back to the tundra for all I care
Jets - puhleeze
Hoops - not really into it
Fair statement. But how many playoff games has Sanchez won? And how many those were road games?
Sanchez is not that good but Tebow isn't the answer. IndyDog said it best
Alright but that's the past.... 3-6 isn't going so hot for Marky
Nope, neither is his running game, neither are his receivers, neither is his oline, neither is making a first down then getting yanked to have Tebow come in and flub a play then he goes back out and has to start a series 2nd and 10. Neither is having to look over his shoulder every play to see if he's coming out for a Timmy play that everyone in the nation knows what's coming and the D stuffs it and Marky comes back on the field in the hole already.
Sanchez needs to improve no question, but the Jets have done everything possible to undermine him and it's succeeded. It's a rudderless ship with a blind captain at the helm. You won't find one person in NY that thinks Sanchez is doing a great job, but you'll find everyone on the same page with what the real problem with the team is and it starts right at the top with the headline grubbing owner, to the lame "yes man" GM, to the coach who's finding out what it's really like to lead a NFL team. Losers.
Now the locker room is becoming divided with a number of players coming out against Tebow. Everyone in the region knew what was going to happen when Tebow came to the Jets and it's becoming a reality. Stay tuned...the show is just beginning. A loss to the pathetic Rams this weekend and the wheels will come completely off.
