Chad. I saw this roll across ESPN a month or so ago. I sure hope he ends up in Cleveland.
Does he play OL?
Sorry, I just had to get it out there before sofla/creed did.
How firm thy friendship O-HI-O
Are his knees healed? I've always felt he was going to end up just like Sam Bowie. He could just never get healthy.
Im all for it. He could play limited minutes and hed be an immediate fan favorite
interesting how you get on me about supposedly following creed around but here you are trying to get out in front of him.

Good to see Oden giving it another try. Just hope he doesn't have to scrape by on only a couple million.
He says his main concerns are his knees. NO SH!T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mine too! Just wish this guy could get and stay healthy. If he can/does he turns the Cavs into a playoff team INSTANTLY! Kyrie is the real deal and we have some hungry young cats looking to carve a name for themselves.
Yeah he is definately struggling off the couple or so mil...............Damn I wish I was a 7 footer.
I really don't care where he lands so long as he gets another opportunity to continue his career in the NBA.
I think he deserves that. He's one of the most humble and all around nice guys in the game and perhaps it's just a Portland curse on big men.
Sure he had his injury woes while here but I just get the sense that if he can get in the right environment, say a Miami or somewhere where he doesn't have to carry the load so to speak, I think he can succeed.
I think Mr. Oden needs to think about retirement. The guys knees are permanently fucked. He can't even play a full season. He's had what? 4 microfracture surgies on his knees? That is a temporary fix as the clot that forms into the cushion goes away hence the need for more of the surgeries.
I would be shocked if someone paid him to play. They won't get half a season out of him. And for his own sake he should consider quitting. Right now as of today he is looking at potentially crippling arthritis in his knees and he is too young for a replacement. Those things only last 15 years tops.
Thats my opinion on it even though its bound to be unpopular.
