Can Arizona's multiple ballhandlers defuse the impact of Aaron Craft? All season long, the Wildcats have had some struggles with turnovers and with cleanly executing halfcourt offense, in part because their bigs are freshmen and in part because they don't have a pure point guard running things. In this matchup, though, the Wildcats can have whichever of Mark Lyons or Nick Johnson is not being guarded by Craft bring the ball up and take their chances against a secondary Buckeyes defender. If Craft is forced to defend more off the ball, the Wildcats should have a better time running their stuff.

"Any board that would ban 3yds is worthless"
Yes, because Craft is the only one who can defend......uh.....this is the best defensive team in America and is the only reason they've won ten straight.
I can see where you would deduce that, but it's just from the article.
I'm not a B ball guy, so I'm out of my element. Just want a Buck victory.
I have watched enough to know that the Bucks have been tenacious on D, and not just during the tournament.
Both Craft and Scott will need to be in the game together to excerpt the perimeter pressure needed to keep Arizona from reigning 3's or getting the ball inside. Look for Amir Williams to be a pleasant surprise tomorrow night. We are going to need him to be able to take these guys out.
Sadly our tourney ends tonight. This was my predeiction several week ago and I still feel that way. This is where we won't be able to match up size wise and not a having a big guy will be our demise. Williams will be absolutely useless and Ravennel not much better. Craft, Scott, Thomas and Tompson will keep us in it on pure will and athleticism but it won't be enough.
I'm not disappointed though because I never expected a Big 10 championship and this team will be almost completely in tact for next year except for Deshaun.
JAG- can we get what your drinking?
When has Amir Williams ever been a positive surprise? NEVER.
Last game he missed a shot at the rim and then fumbled 2 passes away.
He hardly played after that. There is never a reason to play someone that never hustles or can't catch the ball.
Ravenel is the one who needs to play big and he has the last 4 games.
Spot on. If we expect Williams to play big--which he rarely does, for his size very soft--we are in big trouble. I do expect a victory, believe point defense will create turnovers and bench will add much needed points. Ravenel obviously will need to at least play hard.
Amir played some solid basketball against the really tough Arizona bigs. I'm drinkin the kool aid, brother, have a sip and enjoy the ride.
I thought the kats came out the second half looking spent. Had nothing left in the tank.
What is your take on Wichita State? I am not sure what to think. They have lost to some so-so teams this year but look pretty impressive in the tournament so far. Great opportunity for the Buckeyes as long we do not let off the gas.
I expect a similar game as Iowa St. gave us. We cannot let off the gas, particularly on the defensive end of the floor. Amir and Ravenel are going to need to get involved in the flow of the game on both ends of the court.
I have been reading the Witchita State message board(I think it is ShockerNet), and they have a lot of delousional fans over there who are hanging their success on beating Pitt......I think they have no clue who Ohio State and the Big 10 are/is......all basketball games are a single game of match-ups...not past records.....none of us have our records and successes printed on our uniforms when we take the floor.....lets face it, The Buckeyes are a tough match-up regardless who has to play us...and we do not take WSU lightly as most of their posters think...they would not be in the elite 8 if we did....we play a defense into offense game...we turn you over, disrupt your offense and score off of opportunties....we have not won 11 straight games, the Big 10 tournment, beat Indiana, Michigan State twice, and Wisconsin in that streak becasuse we are the Luck-evyes as we have been called, have the refs in our pockets, as we have been told,. or our out theri wiht our thumbs up our butts playing basketball...the Buckeyes are a very tough, physical and bang-bang-type team who are a tough out.. we have a first team All American who can flat out score no matter who. is on him, even double teamed.......lets wee how it plays out.....
