Oregon was crappin on C-Bus weather, stayed in Oregon many many times over the years, they only get 3 months of sunshine a year, the rest of the time it's overcast, cold, raining and basically very ugly. Granted I live in AZ!
you can pay the piper, but you can not buy his soul.
I love Oregon.
If it weren't for family I'd move there in a heart beat!
I'd become OregonBuck though!!
I go to Bend, Oregon to vacation.
That's the first positive post I've seen on this thread regarding the Dontre WIlson visit.
As of now, however, there doesn't seem to be much information one way or the other about the visit.
What do you do there on vacation?
We need tailbacks with intangibles. Tailbacks who'll run like their very lives are on the line each and every time they touch the ball.
I think that's what made so many of the backs from yesteryear great.
You guys are so funny ..... What did you expect from the oregon board. Did you expect them to be extolling the.virtues of a midwest lifestyle and how.they love the colors of scarlet and gray.
Climb. Hike. In the words of Crocodile Dundee.....I go on a walk about! LOL.
I've been a climber for 16 years....Smith Rocks located near Bend is a major climbing destination out west.
There's some good guys on their boards.....
We all have our bad ones as we well know.
I'd say they love their program as much as we love ours......just to be fair.
That's cool, I've never been there, but from the pics I've seen it's always looked pretty awesome, and I like cooler weather anyway, so that is what was driving my curiosity. :D
Not sounding good on Zeke. We may strike out on RB
@jbook37: Zeke Elliot not talking to the media but his dad tells Steve Wiltfong Missouri hit a home run. He doesn't know what Zeke is thinking now.
"Buckeye born and bred, a Buckeye 'til I'm dead"
I believe in positive karma. Elliott's been a Buckeye for almost 10 months. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders.
In any event, I can't see Urban giving him up without a fight. I don't know if he's used his in-home visit with Elliott yet whether it's him or Herman or Drayton or the entire staff the way Oregon showed up in force at Wilson's house, but I have to believe someone's going to be going to St. Louis real soon. If they aren't en route already.
i believe that most 17 year old kids are stupid ... i see them when i go through the arby's drive thru and they forget my arby's and horsey sauce. you have no idea where they are going until they show up on campus or they give you the horsey sauce.
one position where striking out really doesnt hurt us in terms of depth or skill set is the running back spot. hope he stays part of this class but if not good luck at mizzou
i dont know why, but this analogy is maybe the best analogy and dumbest analogy i have ever read.. and i love it
thanks for the down vote !
