I'm easily amused.
Pryor will never play in the NFL. He lacks any of the skills required for the NFL, throwing accuracy and quickness (he's fast but not quick-that does not work in the NFL). He also lacks football smarts (and maybe any smarts given his wunderlic score-one of the worst ever).
Bailturd or whatever your name is, WTF are you talking about Pryor's wonderlic score. Kid had over a 3.0 gpa dumbass. You must be a LSU fan of claiborn who scored a 4.
Yer postes r pisseng peeple awf.
Most ignorant post of the year.
Accuracy was 65% asshole, and he is as quick as any athlete alive wtf!
Michael Vick with Twice the Accuracy!
The most sought out athlete coming out of HS in 20 years!
Wunderlic Score doesn't mean a lick at all. That has been proven over and over again.
Many have scored much lower than his. He was a very good Student in School, and very smart on the field with both Tressel and Gruden.
Many NFL Coaches wanted him in the Supllemental Draft.
hi cun thro az god as tebone i'm 10009 percunt sur of it ..
prior made a mes of his live. two much ink and stash. pine ritter for rayders dis year.
Pryor was the last player that the legendary Al Davis drafted. That alone should endure him to that organization in some regard.
For one he's a much better fit there than the sunny So Cal, lazy, overrated, over-the-hill would-be beach bum Carson Palmer is.
Oakland is a blue-collar type city and Pryor's from around a blue-collar, gritty town in Pittsburgh.
He's a QB who has decent passing ability and I say "decent" because they're better than Tebow's and no less than Cam Newton's. He's a faster runner than Tebow and just as fast as Newton. He's not a physical runner but can if he has to. In other words with Darren McFadden and a so-so receiving corps, he'd be more of an ideal fit in that offense. Unfortunately after Davis' passing and Hue Jackson taking over, he sought to institute his "guy" in Palmer. Even going so far as to say that it was one of the best hires, acquisitions in recent NFL history. Why? Because he had worked with the former Heisman and #1 pick while at USC.
After Jackson's firing and a new regime taking over, Pryor seemed to have been pushed even further back.
Trust me that his lack of playing time has little to do with his supposed lack of progression within the offense and more of being a victim of not having the proper personnel around him. The type who could best utilize his skill set. A lot of money and draft picks were given up in order to bring in Palmer.
But it's going to be up to Raider Nation to speak up loudly once they start losing games due to Palmer's INTs. And if McFadden can't stay healthy, they'll need to do what Tressel had to once Beanie Wells was sidelined with an injury: put in Pryor to mask the offense's deficiencies.
But as some of you have said, if Tebow can be given a run and lead a team to 7,8/11 wins then Pryor should be given the same opportunity as well. No doubt about it IMHO!
Upvote to you sir!
Good to see someone on here with some real football I.Q. who pays attention to what he sees.
Carson Palmer sucks!
Carson Palmer has always sucked....
...and Carson Palmer will always suck!
Pryor hasn't even been given a real opportunity yet. I'd prefer to see him get a shot before I give up and say he's going to be moved to another position.
