DA OSU NUTT 419 RESPONDS!!!

  • I think it is hilarious that a whole post was about me. I rarely come to the free board, but something told me to. The difference between me and a lot of you Buckeye fans is i do not look through rose colored glasses. Craft hurts our offense because all he can do is pass or penetrate. When we run high ball screens watch the lack of respect he is given on the jumpshot. He basically is given the 17+ foot jumper but will not take it. Your probably the same fans who thought Tress was God, even though our offense sucked every year he was our coach except Troy heisman yr and TP junior yr. We finished above 60 twice, and he never made any moves on his staff, but you probably saw nothing wrong with it cause he was beating the team up north and winning big ten titles. I for one and i am sure other Buckeye fans want and expect more out of our teams. Now with Meyer we get a real coach who will play the best players no more of that you have waited your turn and it your turn now. I thank Tress for resurrecting the Football program, and pretty soon i will be thanking Matta. Matta not playing the younger players on this current team will cost us as it has in previous years because he tires the starters to much by only playing 7-8 guys the whole year.

    Glad you responded, I thought it was lame especially considering everyone else was fairgame. People act like because Craft hustles and gives 110% that he's exempt from criticism. Sully gets it, Buford definitely gets it, Smith has got it (when he's not doing those small things he should get it more), and Craft should get it too.

    Let's get it!!!

    I think calling out any singular player is BS. The whole team is sucking right now not just Craft or Buford. I think this is a team problem not a Buford or Craft problem.

  • I agree on a few of the things you said. Others, not so much. Tressel wasnt a flashy coach and you can say what you want about his style of coaching or how he handled the coaching staff. Its hard to argue with his winning percentage though.
