This is the one IMO. IF.......No Reed, No Carter, then...........No Hines Ward in the HOF.
Yes, he is a great person, appears to have a very good personality, etc. HOWEVER, these aren't qualifications for the Hall of Fame. There are plenty of good guys/ fan favorites that aren't in the Hall.
Dude will get honorable mention and be remembered in the Steelers HOF, but not the NFL HOF...
