I live in my Ohio State gear here in Michigan, the funny think is I have so many Michigan fans that respect me, they would fuck anyone up that put down my Buckeyes. I know that sounds crazy but it's true, they respect me that much!

Reading this post inspired me to finally set up an account to post on the boards. I am a 37 y/o diehard Buckeye fan (also Browns, Cavs, Indians)…raised in Canton, OH….living in Michigan (near Flint) for many years now. Obviously, I’m surrounded by Wolverines and most of my buddies are UM fans. Yes it’s true, they respect me…..and oddly enough…they actually respect tOSU. I think you earn someone’s respect when you kick their ass in for about a decade straight. With their win this past season and Brady Hoke taking advantage….err raiding Ohio…..of our high school talent during our “waiting for the NCAA axe to drop period”….they are starting to talk SH%T though.....and actually building a little bit of confidence again. I can’t wait for Brax to make that big Freshman to Sophomore leap (improving his passing accuracy) and ruin it for every other team in the Big Ten when we UNOFFICICALLY win the conference…beat scUM….and sit out the championship game. Go BUCKS!

I was sitting in the second row behind the OSU bench in Tressel's first Michigan game, and watching the demeanor of the team was classic. There were three or four really obnoxious guys who kept telling Jonathan Wells how much he sucked, and all he had to do was shake his head and silently point to the scoreboard.
Realistically, though, the Michigan fans I know are mostly low-key. I suspect part of that is the culture of the golf clap crowd they grew up around, and part of that is that they now know how it felt for us during the John Cooper years.

I have lived in Ypsilanti and now Whitmore Lake for the past 7 years. Even though we lost this past year, I was blasting we don't give a damn for the whole state of michigan during my high school swim team's practice the week of the game. I have had numerous people tell me they know they are screwed with Urban now.

I also live in Michigan and have many scUM fans as friends. My sister actually graduated from Michigan. I even get paid by scUM for working there. I still respect my friends and they respect me. My dad does have a problem with me rocking my tOSU gear everywhere, but you can't please everyone. LOL
