  • There are about 4 OSU-centric websites I visit on a daily basis, Bucknuts being one of them. However, it's a pain to see the board littered with daily troll bait from soflabuck. It makes the website look like amateur hour. It also makes me not want to come onto Bucknuts anymore, and because of it, I find myself coming onto this site less and less.

    Every time I log on, and see some REDICULUSLY SPELT TOPIK from this clown, I just leave the site completely.

  • Remember Myspace? People stopped using it b/c there was too much trolling/spam action. You couldn't keep the junk out. Facebook overtook it because it kept wanted elements in, and unwanted elements out. There is a lesson here.

    And you felt the need to start a thread? Don't you think PMng Duane or Bill would have been better. Its the offseason, Sofla is entertainment, better than the self righteous, know it all about football & i know this recruits whole family fans on here. Just don't read his threads simple.

  • It's June 25th. We're still over 2 months away from the first game. There just isn't enough serious football related material to talk about. At first I didn't like soflabuck either, but he has kind of grown on me (plus he agreed with me when I criticized that track chick who stopped her own pursuit of excellence in order to help some loser cross the finish line) This is the time of year when you get stories on who has the best looking helmets. Who has the best stadium, etc. So I'm good with Soflabuck as well as any other poster who want to post their two cents, whether I agree with them or not.

    I think many of our fans have summed it up numerous different ways. Its the off season and there are many on here that like him. As suggested in another post have you put him on ignore? If he doesn't like the way you're acting what should I do? Don't get me wrong I am not saying I condone what he says or does, but he isn't breaking rules. He will be the first to admit he is letting off steam and has no intentions of pissing People off . If it happen he figures its their choice. I have seen many fans o.n here say things to him good and bad
    I understand you want to talk football and are glad you are here, I will speak with Mr.Sofla

  • Soflabuck is alright. Just ignore him if you don't want to read his comments or whatever you want to call them. I personally think some of his chit is hilarious especially when he corrects someone else's spelling or grammar....lol.

    I assure you that I could not possibly care less about a downvote, but it is interesting to me that someone apparently takes exception with the notion that anonymous internet message boards should be rigorously policed and that some people should be excluded because their posts are annoying and that the 17 seconds a day you waste sifting through annoying posts somehow demands justice. Either that, or they think espousing such view is a very masculine way to deal with things. I'd love to debate that person if they weren't such a fucking vagina!

    I find Soflas posts to be extremely palatable...
