You already know my position on humility and kids these day, Nut. I hate how arrogant and mouthy they all are, on all teams, yours mine and every team out there. I wish Molk hadn't said this garbage, it makes him and Michigan look... bad. My only point was to correct the ridiculous assertion by TRex that Molk "didn't earn the right to talk trash", when indeed Molk has earned the right to talk trash about his particular ability to play his position.

If you can teach these kids humility, god bless you. Coaches and parents seem incapable of it. I'd sure welcome it. I think Molk is particularly chippy because he's got small man's complex (he's arguably a couple inches short of the ideal size for his position at the NFL level, and he knows he will suffer in the draft because of it), and because the "brew crew" was so overhyped and got all the attention for years, while Molk worked silently next to unheralded linemen, not having nearly the talent beside him that your OC's enjoyed, yet he persevered and won the freaking award for best OC in spite of it. It would've been classier had he shut his yapper, but anyway, that's probably why he's yapping.
