I am an adult and love playing video games. There are always moments in a adults life when they need some alone/me time, so I play video games for that time. I have obligations to attend but if you never make time for yourself that is a shame. Kobe Bryant and Lebron play video games all the time and they are adults with responsibilities, so I say its all good. Go Bucks!!! And by the way NCAA 2013 is pretty good.

I'm an adult and I play. I work nights 4 days a week, so on my days off I'm up by myself usually until about 3 so I play games. Don't see anything wrong with it. Your life can be in order and you can have fun. I am an assistant supervisor for a major anufacturing company and make $70,000 a year. I still do things like take my family on vacations and camping, but sometimes I justblikevto relax alone. So I PS3 it up!

For the record, I'm going to assume(hope) that you are making your comments on this thread as a way to promote a healthy debate(get a rise out of folks), and not actually attack those who are adults and play video games.
However, if you are actually serious in your tone, I must say that I think it's rather unfair for you to "look down your nose", so-to-speak, at those of us who are adults, with responsibilities, that play video games. Who are you to judge how people spend their "downtime"? There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with playing video games. Personally, I enjoy the challenge. I was never allowed the opportunity to play football, so the challenge doubles for me. Not only do I have to defeat the A.I. system, but I also have to accomplish this feat while trying to understand a system I have very little real-life experience with. I'm sure others have their reasons as well. But in no instance is it justified to belittle a person for spending time enjoying an activity that brings harm to no one. Furthermore, I think it's quite ironic that you say you have no time for such "tomfoolery", yet you have the time to post comments on a message board at an attempt to frown upon the actions of people you more than likely don't know, nor will you ever meet. So I say to you, "Hello Pot. My name is Kettle." Video-gaming and thread-posting, both as equally entertaining as they are unproductive.
