OT; Cowards set puppy on fire in TX

  • tough to watch the vid. as one comment was made, these people were not "men", because a real man wouldn't do such a thing!

    DALLAS - A puppy is recovering from injuries that were intentionally inflicted on the animal in Pleasant Grove.

    Justice, a 5-month-old Lab mix, suffered severe burns last Tuesday after someone doused him in lighter fluid and set him ablaze.

  • So sad, It never seizes to amaze me what kind of animals there are out there. I love my dogs just like members of my family, hell I only wish my girlfriend loved me as unconditionally as my dog does. This makes me sick. Attached a pic of my choc lab buster, hes my buddy!!!

    mouthful....sadly, I see/hear stories like this all of the time. I work in the animal field.
    I am a member of ASPCA, Defenders of Wildlife, Humane Society of the US - to name a few
    You could prolly figure that out from some of my past posts.

    Our laws need a drastic adjustment or these types of stories will only continue

    I don't consider myself a "treehugger". In some cases that couldn't be farther from the truth; rather a person who speaks up for those that cannot.

    These sick fucks need to die! I have no qualms about saying that and quite frankly I'd be happy to assist and I'd sleep like a puppy later that night. Like someone else said they have nothing to offer this planet and are taking up space. Rid the planet of these motherfuckers!

    PS if these pricks lived in my neighborhood they'd get theirs. I hope someone gives them a taste of what that innocent and defenseless animal had to go through. MOTHERFUCKERS!

    A witness told police someone poured lighter fluid on the puppy before setting him on fire. Before police arrived, a woman tried to put out the flames while the crowd laughed.

    Witnesses also told police someone had tried to strangle the puppy with a rope.

  • Sounds like the Michael Vick syndrome taken a step further. That being said, these delinquents out to be hung by their nuts over a fire anthill after being doused in honey. After they scream like bitches for about an hour they should be doused with gasoline and lit up. After about a minute or two they should be extinquished and allowed to die a slow death. There is no excuse for taking out your boredom on innocent animals.

    Also $20 to the SPCA.

    Exactly what I was gonna say. Give me 5 minutes alone with these sick fucks and I guarantee they would wish they were only set on fire.

    I'm like most other sensible people. Not a treehugger or PETA freak, but i'll be the first one to stand up for the welfare of animals. Probably even more so then for humans. They are completely defenseless. A guy (if you can call him that) that I went to school with did an unthinkable act on a pack of puppies. I've just been waiting patiently on my 5 minutes alone. It'll come eventually.

    I often donate 10-20% of my eBay auctions to ASPCA. It's automatically taken out my account after the auction.

    I need to unload some OSU photos from my galleries and all ready printed stock. May be I'll give 50% to the ASPCA. Need to think about putting something together as a promo to aid ASPCA.
