"Escape from Alcatraz" has one scene with a women. The prisoner in the cell next to Eastwoods has his wife visit him at Alcatraz for a short scene. "Gettysburg" has a 3 second scene were a woman says one line and that's it for women in that movie.

Stalag 17 is a great movie but it does have the scene where Animal and Shapiro want to meet the Russian women prisoners in the camp next door and almost get into their shower...and that doesn't count Shapiro dressing in drag and stir-crazy Animal thinking he's Betty Grable.
