Around the 'Shoe

I thought Dunn showed flashes; let's remember that Dunn is a true frosh that enrolled early, and is going against elite collegiate competition for the first time. For me, I was impressed that he did not look lost; I know that it was pretty vanilla, but still pretty good for his limited time with the team.

Positives:

-I thought that all the RB's looked pretty good
-I loved how Thomas looked as another true frosh
-I thought that both Miller and Guiton looked pretty good at times.
-Basil looks like he has a decent leg on him
-I love the attitude that Meyer seems to be bringing to the program already

Concerns:

-I thought the oline did not play very well, which is a little concerning because the defense was not showing anything difficult.
-It is hard to tell due to the basic play calling, but the secondary still appears to be giving a lot of cushion.
-Some of the punts did not look very good.

Overall it is difficult to come away with a lot from a spring game; especially a spring game that is the first for a new scheme. However, the biggest thing for me was the attitude; the key will be how well this team holds that attitude throughout the season.

Razor, they called a penalty but the announcers never said what it was.
