Gotta love this.

If Oregan is aware of athletes smoking grass and doesn't do anything..isn't it a NCAA vilolation? It is illegal and you allow kids to do something illegal..than against rules. Right?

I have a buddy who lives in Portland, and EVERYONE smokes weed out there. He says half the professionals who live on his block have personal "gardens" in their basements.

Its not against NCAA rules. Its left up to the conference. Example Syracuse. Stupidest thing in the world but that's how I understand it. Just another problem with the NCAA, and why I really feel that it'll come to an end soon via certain schools suing in a true court of law. That's what it will come down to
