Thank you for acknowledging IB. We are entightled to our opinions and really it's just for the sake of conversation. I just get upset with people who bash Bufford. He has put 4 solid years at OSU and handled it with class. He's done nothing but represent OSU at a high level. I understand the frustration when a player doesn't seem to perform at our expectations, but it doesn't mean throw him under the bus (Which I know a lot of people on this board are.). I think that people sort of get blinded by a guy who performs under expectations than a guy who performs at expectations but on a lower level.

He disappeared on offense, missed multiple foul shots ( remember he was 90% before the tourney- he's now at 82%), threw the ball away in the last minute while the game was in question, and blew a one on one breakaway at the end of the first half against a smaller player.
The kid is still struggling. If he can pull a couple good games out in New Orleans somehow, this team can win the national championship.
Or maybe Thad needs to run some plays for Smith who actually isn't wilting in the moment.
He had 13 pts and 9 Rebouds if that isn't a good game against a really good Syracuse team, but I'm sure in your eyes they are inferior. -

You have no clue about basketball; was Ohio equal in talent to the teams they beat and almost upsetting North Carolina? In sports it's not all about just talent, schemes/and players playing together at a high level and contributing in all phases play a huge part in a teams success. Did you not notice NC was playing without their arguably they best player and the facilitator of their offense? YET they still won the game....how about that. Bad example to tey and illustrate a point.

As an aside for everyone else, this idiot is the type of problem we have on these boards. He shows no ability to disagree with people and carry on a civil discussion. Instead he comes in with his "VIP" status and insults anyone who's opinion he doesn't agree with (or in his case understand).
