    I am still confused as to why she is being charged with a "crime". The idea that the teenage boy involved could be somehow damaged by banging his teacher is ludicrous. Rules are rules I guess, but where the heck were teachers like this when I was in HS? All my female teaches were 60 and had more facial hair than I did.

  • If this was your daughter and a NFL player you guys would be screaming..... Let's call this what it is, sexual abuse. Truth is that women are just as predatory as men when it comes to sexual abuse. The difference is I would have never reported it as a kid...lol

    Yeah in the strictest sense you are probably correct. However when dealing with a teenage boy banging an adult professional cheerleader, I think this situation is the epitome of a "victimless" crime. I suspect both parties involved got exactly what they wanted.

    You're right... but it's not. Double standard to be certain, but that's just the way it is.

    One of the funniest things I've ever seen (and this was years ago), was someone had posted a list of female teachers who had been caught having sex with male students. They all had pictures (real pics, not mug shots) and were laid out in order from hottest to ugliest. Next to them was a list of their ultimate sentences. As you moved from hot to ugly, there was a perfect correlation in the increasing amount of jail served. It started with that really hot young blonde (who served no jail). At the end was some total hog (surprisingly, she was never in the media!) and she did years and years of prison time.

  • When I was a teenage boy I personally seduced several older women in their 20'a, 30'a and even one in their 40's who was quite milfy and trust me I wasn't irreparably damaged or molested. Hell they probably felt more violated than I did.

    There is a big difference between teenage boys and teenage girls.

    I always take interest in these stories because, as god as my witness, a similar thing happened to me as a 16 year old. I worked at a Rax Roast Beef restaurant during summers as a kid and a I was jokingly warned by the other workers and managers to stay away from a 24 year old woman who was working on the closing shift as well. She was known for taking a "liking" to younger workers. At the time I thought she was hot (although in retrospect she was probably a 7 on a good day) and I started to flirt with her. Sure enough she cornered me at the end of the night in the back of the walk in cooler and made a man of me. I also like to think I gave her the best 30 seconds of her life. Legally speaking I guess I was raped and sexually molested, but the idea of her potentially getting in legal trouble for giving me the greatest experience of my life to that point is asinine.

    I looked quite a bit older as a young man and I usually had no problem walking into a bar and drinking-even as young as 14 due to being tall and having a full goatee- so it wasn't odd for me to pick up an older woman and seduce them.

    I used to use the made up excuse of losing my license from getting a dui to cover up my lack of driving.

    The one time I felt bad- and still do to this day- because atan after work party while working at McDonalds I slept with my married manager and a couple of weeks later I got a knock on the door from a very angry husband. He explained that he wanted to kill me and beat me to a pulp but wouldn't because he didn't want to go to jail. Instead he wanted me to live with the guilt of knowing that I broke up a marriage and was responsible for two kids having to go through a divorce.

    Needless to say that was the last time i messed around with a married woman.

  • This story broke a couple weeks ago. At the time, the boy's family said he would not serve as a witness in court against her. Her mother was also arrested, I believe for trying to cover things up or mislead investigators. If I'm not mistaken, her mom's is a school administrator or maybe a principal.
