Ohio State senior linebacker Storm Klein was charged with domestic violence and assault, both misdemeanors, earlier today. According to Franklin County Municipal Court records, Klein's arraignment is scheduled for Saturday morning at 9:00am.

Holy crap. Probably the last guy on the team I would have suspected of doing this. Unfortunately some precedent has been set by Derjuan Gambrell as far as how the coaching staff handles these type of situations

There's no excuse to ever touch a woman but they make guys do some stupid things! If peeing in a alley gets you suspended for the summer, this doesn't look good for Storm.
Btw....I'm not saying that the girl had it comming!!!! I'm saying he lost his head over her!! Dumb move!!!

. This is Klein’s second run-in with the law after having assault charges dropped in late 2010.
Apparently this is a pattern.

I don't see anywhere it says he put is hands on a woman?
According to the Ohio Revised Code...domestic violence is basically assault to 1. immediate family member(parent, sibling, spouse) 2. significant other(girlfriend, fiance, girl you are sleeping with. 3. co-habit-ant (roomate, homosexual parenter, etc)
this could be a number of things. Does not mean he put his hands on a woman.
lets not put the cart before the horse. if it comes out he assaulted a female, fine....pass judegment, i know I will...
but its just "sh^t talking" right now!
PLUS, whos to say that this isn't a "pissed off girlfriend" trying to get revenge or something of that sort. domestic violence is a touchy subject in Ohio and they normally arrest people with very limited and little probable cause, nothing has been to court yet.
Let's see how it plays out

Sounds good and it's what we should do but I think I saw that he has a kid and lives with his girlfriend? It could have been a heated argument but there must have been proof that something physical took place. I have no idea how it works but I don't think you can say someone assaulted you and they go to jail without some kind of proof? Isn't there a attorney on this board?

Well if we lose so many scholarships over the next 3 years and kick him off the team before the season starts would that count towards taking one this year for our punishment? Because if it does then technically it would open up an extra one for next year because we took a hit this year.

NCAA doesn't give a shit if we only have 22 on scholarship, as long as we don't have more than 82.
