Were you there? How do you KNOW he beat her up? You're jumping to conclusions based on the fact he was arrested. You know nothing other than an arrest was made. These days, anytime there's any kind of conflict during an argument between a man and woman, it's easy for a man to get arrested. Perhaps he did strike her. If so, he should punished appropriately; but women have turned any type of contact into 'abuse'. He may have just grabbed her. That's not right, but it's hardly the same thing as striking someone. Why not let this play out legally, rather than making assumptions? It really doesn't matter to me whether Klein's on the team or not. He probably wasn't going to play much, and he's a senior, so his eligibilty is up. I just choose not to draw uninformed conclusions.

I think you are being more than a little judgmental and premature at that. Accusations do not equate into guilt. If it turns out Klien was a victim of a falsified charge then you are going to look more than a little foolish, my man.
