Or you can take the word of the guy employed by a reputable newspaper for multiple years and has covered DC area recruiting during that entire period. Or a guy who's first tweet was Feb. 6th 2012 and declared himself a MD recruiting expert yet No one has ever heard of him locally.
I wasn't here to troll but if you wanna get your hopes up go ahead.
I wont believe anything until he commits but I'll trust Josh Barr over some random guy on twitter. One has a proven track record and as far as I can remember has never been wrong and the other has a few days of tweets.

I don't know, SonnyD...
I think it's definitely between our two schools. OSU has ten recievers on roster and just signed three. Maryland has an outside shot, but it's still Maryland, and Diggs blew off an OV there before NSD to attend a high school event. Then there's UF, with new OC Brian Pease and a wide open WR battle for this year. Diggs will play as a freshman and could probably be starting after a few games into the season.
And as far as Urban's promise for Diggs to be "the next Percy Harvin." Andre Debose was supposed to be the "next Percy Harvin", and looked more like the next Percy Harvin in Charlie Wies' offense than he did in Urban Meyer's offense. Percy is a once in a lifetime player that would have done well in any offense. He also benefited from having a dual-threat Heisman QB, Murphy, Cooper, and Caldwell (06-07) to stretch the outside, and Aaron Hernandez as a TE threat. Running behind future NFL starters on the O-line didn't hurt either. With that supporting cast in place, Debose may have looked more like the next Percy Harvin in the spread. Without that cast in place, he did not catch many passes, and was never a running threat. My point is that the surrounding cast had more to do with Harvin's success than the spread offense did.
Plugging Diggs in to a spread offense without the right supporting cast will not make him productive simply because they are running the spread.
On the other hand, when Debose had the same supporting cast in his second year (and sometimes with true freshmen throwing to him), but with a pro-style offense, his production nearly quadrupled.
When they don't have the right supporting cast, I venture to say that the "next Percy Harvin" types actually do better in a pro-style attack based on Debose's numbers.
All that to say, I'm not ready to concede that Diggs is OSU bound.
Personally, I like Meyer, and am grateful for all the great things we experienced here at UF when he was here. Meyer will attempt to use him like we used Percy, but Diggs should not expect to produce in that system without the right tools around him based on what we have seen with Debose.
All that said...
I don't know much about OSU's supporting cast. Meyer is certainly on his way to producing another great one, so if he chooses OSU, I guess he could be the next PH.

oh come on why slam the kid because internet posters are claiming to be experts and their brothers friends cousin heard Diggs is picking florida. The only rollercoaster is the fans loggin in every 5 minutes to see what the next wacky prediction is. The kids not suiting up for the bucks any quicker if he chooses today or next week so chill, and theres only one way to stop the drama and thats not log in for a week.
