Too excited about football...

  • I absolutely cannot wait for Buckeye football to be on my television. Therefore, I am watching the spring game again... This is kinda sad, but can you blame me? I'm so pumped!!panic

  • That got me fired up! Forgot how good Rod Smith and Philly Brown looked. Dunn catching the ball out of the backfield and spread out.

If you use Firefox for browsing, install the "DownloadHelper" add-on for it and use the link Cav provided to save it to your harddrive.

Wasn't sure whether to upvote you for your enthusiasm, or downvote you for suggesting the possibility that
someone could possibly be "too excited" about football.

I decided on the upvote. Go Bucks!

Thanks Razorback too, I downloaded that. Am trying it now. I'm not sure though.... do I need to hit the "record/capture" button and then hit play on youtube and let it play all the way through...??

    thanks again!

After you have the plugin installed, go to the youtube link Cav gave, you start playing the vid, and then go into the youtube settings on the video to select the quality you are playing it in (generally you want the highest possible) and then as it's playing, right next to the little "download helper" icon (should bet to the left of your address bar) there is a little down arrow -- just click that and it should list the different versions of the video -- the highest quality versions like 720P and 1080P will likely be in .mp4 format while the lower quality (480p and 240p) will be in .flv format, so you want the .mp4.

Also you may need to download VLC media player in order to play the videos and possibly even K-Lite Mega Codec Pack (both apps are free). I'm so used to having these installed that I forget which vids require additional non-standard codecs to play.
