    I love McSorleys in NYC. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's the oldest running bar in the US. Do they still only serve 2 beers there?

    Born in Grant Hospital in C-bus 1/25/68; lived in my favorite city till I was in third grade (hence my love of anything Buckeye!). Dad was at Lutheran Theological Seminary in Bexley; Mom went to Capital University. We lived on College Ave. (they tore down the house after we left), and I still remember my phone number there: (614) 235-0234 (don't try to call it; it's defunct now). Went to Montrose Elementary; that was back when we could walk six blocks to school without being afraid of pedophiles, etc.

    We moved to several small towns in IL after Dad graduated from seminary (Ohio, Forrest); he served a couple of small Lutheran churches there while Mom taught music. I graduated from Prairie Central HS in Fairbury, IL in May 1986, then went west (not east) to a small Lutheran college in Waverly, IA named Wartburg (still regret not listening to Dad, who wanted me to visit his undergraduate alma mater, Otterbein College. Who knows where my life had gone had I moved back to OH- IO).

    Graduated from there in May 1990, then spent a year in Baltimore, MD (worst year of my life). I ended up moving back in with my parents in Waterloo, IN (yes, I was one of those guys) for a year after that. I lived in Auburn, IN for seven years and currently live in a suburb of Fort Wayne (Rod Smith and Deshaun Thomas's hometown) called New Haven. Never lost my love of the Buckeyes, though--GO BUCKS!

    Cincinnati born and raised (the proper usage is "reared"--crops are raised and children are reared--but it brings on a connotation I'd rather avoid), BA from OSU, MA from the University of Alabama/Tuscaloosa. Worked as a grad assistant in Bama's SID's and sports marketing offices. Attended every home FB and MBB game for 2 years and display my diploma proudly but it's UNDER my OSU diploma.

    I am 100% Buckeye through and through. At my funeral, I told my wife I want TBDBITL's ramp entrance to be played as my casket is wheeled into the church. I told her I have always stood up when the band takes the field and I'm hoping it'll inspire me to do it again.

    She's said she intends to have me cremated and she'll bring me to the service in a jar.

    I may have to steal this one, IB. Love it.

    I've instructed my daughter (or future grandkids) from day one that when my time is through, she is to scatter my ashes on field after The Game in the 'Shoe - after a win, of course! And, in case she's dragged away in a paddywagon for her efforts, I will include enough in my Will to bail her out of jail. My wife thinks I'm nuts, but she knows I'm serious.

    Graduated from Upper Arlington ('95); BA, Ohio ('00); JD, Toledo ('03). Now live in D.C., and work for the Dept. of Labor in the office of legal counsel. I'm fairly new to the Bucknuts party, but it helps me feel a little closer to home.
